Many Couples are now wishing for an affordable annulment process, so that both can live a life separately happy ,for marriages that will not work.
Pope Francis announced in a letter that annulments will be simplified and will be free of charge. This process will no longer go through two tribunals that will make the decision faster. This decision is welcomed by Church officials as well as Catholics who have long been separated and are currently living with somebody else.
Catholics who remarried are considered “living in sin” if their previous marriage has not yet been annulled by the Church.
