THE BLOOD TYPE DIET CHART!!!

Every food group is further divided into three categories, namely:

Highly beneficial – foods that serve as medicine

Foods allowed – foods that are not harmful to the blood type

Food not allowed – toxic foods

COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil has abundance of medium chain fatty acids, more so lauric acid, which is quite easy to digest and the liver utilizes it easily for energy. The oil’s good fats have antimicrobial effects and help to uphold a healthy balance of good microbes in the digestive tract.

Furthermore, coconut oil is very satiating. Include some of it in your regular diet; it can help to substantially minimize carbohydrate and sugar cravings.

Avocados

Avocados are rich in healthy, monounsaturated fats, which don’t develop inflammation in the body like certain omega 6 rich polyunsaturated fats. They’re also great for the health of your arteries, besides helping to maintain blood pressure. Eating avocados also make you feel full for longer periods, preventing you from snacking on fast foods.

Oily fish

Oily fish has a high content of omega-3 fats, which stimulate the production of pain relieving prostaglandins in the body. With this, oily fish plays a role in alleviating painful conditions like fibromylgia, menstrual cramps, and arthritis.

Fish oil can also reduce inflammation in the arterial walls, thereby minimizing blood clots and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Most fish are also loaded with the mineral selenium, which is useful for individuals with autoimmune disease since it can help limit the production of auto-antibodies.

Moreover, selenium is essential for the production of glutathione, which is the body’s own powerful antioxidant.

Examples of oily fish abundant in selenium and omega 3 fats include herrings, wild salmon, trout, mackerel, mullet, sardines, and anchovies.

TURMERIC

Curcumin, which is turmeric’s active ingredient, is a potent anti-inflammatory agent and an incredible pain reliever. It’s also effective in relieving indigestion and bloating.

DARK CHOCOLATE

The antioxidant polyphenols in chocolate play a significant role of neutralizing free radicals in the body. They can also help to boost levels of good (HDL) cholesterol in your body. Many individuals with insulin resistance, or syndrome X have significantly low levels of beneficial cholesterol in their blood, and excessive bad cholesterol, which can result in arterial plaques.
