Tartar. What is tartar? It is the mineral deposit on our teeth. With time, this tartar amount can increase and worsen to periodontitis if we don’t pay attention.

You need:
Baking soda
Hydrogen peroxide
Salt
Water
Mouthwash
Toothbrush
Cup

Method:
Get the cup and add 1 tbsp. baking soda and ½ tsp. salt. After this, let the brush be wet with the warm water and dip it into the mix. Scrub the teeth and do this for 5 minutes.
Then mix cup of hydrogen peroxide and ½ cup warm water. Rinse the mouth for 1 minute and spit it our. Rinse with ½ cup cold water.
Get the dental pick and rub the tartar teeth. Be careful not to scrape the gums and damage them.
In the end, rinse the mouth with mouthwash and for best results to this every other day.

Tomatoes and strawberries
– both these have vitamin C that is amazing for the oral health. rub these fruits on the teeth and leave them for 5 min. Tartar will be softer and next rinse the mouth with mix of baking soda and warm water.
Do this also with red bell peppers, lemons, berries, oranges, limes and papaya.
Cheese
– if you eat Swiss or Cheddar before meals you can make the acids neutral and prevent the plaque deposits. So, an item in the aged cheese can be a good agent here.
Do these tips also: brush the teeth regularly. Avoid spicy foods that activates the saliva glands.
Before bed rub some orange peel on the teeth and never rinse the mouth after this. This way you avoid bacteria.
